Russian President's Aide: Russia-US-Saudi Arabia Talks to Discuss Initiating Ukraine Negotiations

Ushakov mentioned that the agenda of the Riyadh meeting between the US, Russia, and Saudi Arabia is to reach an agreement on how to start negotiations on the Ukraine issue. Prior to this, Russia had conducted telephonic consultations with the US regarding the Riyadh talks.
